Our Team sends a written quote itemizing our fee before any work begins, and most files are billed on completion or by an agreed phase for larger estate matters. If anything about your file turns out to be more complex than usual, we pause, explain what changed, and confirm the extra cost with you before doing the work.

Our estate administration work starts at $394.37; the size and complexity of the estate can affect the final quote, which we confirm in writing before starting.
Do I need a lawyer to make a will in Ontario?
No, but a lawyer-drafted will is far less likely to be challenged or misread later, and ours starts at $563.87.
Do you charge by the estate's value?
