Can I really start my file entirely online?

Yes. Our intake collects your transaction details, you book your introduction call, and upload your ID — all online. A lawyer reviews your file before your call, usually within one business day. Identity verification is completed by video as required by the Law Society of Ontario.

What’s included in the flat fee — and what isn’t?

The flat fee covers all standard legal work for your transaction type. Disbursements (title insurance, registration fees, software charges) are itemized and estimated in writing before any work begins.

Do you handle closings outside the GTA?

We close transactions anywhere in Ontario. Signings can be done by secure video from any location in the province.

When do I pay?

Nothing is due to start your file. Legal fees and disbursements are paid from closing funds on closing day for purchases and sales.
